To whoever might care,
First off let me apologize for sending this email
to Cingular Business. It is the only email I found on your site that didn't
require me to login to my account and send through there. Please forward this to
the appropriate place it needs to go.
My name is Todd Morrison. My brother Brandon
Morrison is the name behind the account. We have a family talk shared plan. I
pay half. He lives in Florida and has nothing to do with this email.
His phone works fine in the Sunshine State.
Let me get right down to it so I don't waste to
much of my time and yours because I know not one of you care or will do
anything about my current problem.
I transferred to West Liberty State College in West
Liberty, West Virginia. I get no service in West Liberty and it sucks a lot. Not
only do I hate being there but I can't even call anyone to tell them about
my problems. There is also a Bethany College 5 minutes away in
Bethany, WV that doesn't get service either. Everyone switches to Alltel because
they actually have a tower there. Alltel sucks and I hate it. I couldn't tell
you how many people live in the area and also attend school there because I
don't really care just like Cingular doesn't care about me not being able to use
my phone I have to pay for monthly. But I am sure you are losing thousands of
peoples business. But that's OK, right? I mean if they cancel their plans before
their agreement ends then you still win and we have to pay more for new
phone/service. Yay!!!
Spread/raise your bars or whatever they call
it these days to the West Liberty area please. It will only cost you a few
grand and then you will be making more money than you spent in just
a few weeks.
